Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We will endeavour to ensure that you will receive your order within 5-7 working days.

However, during  peak times of the year - for example during the summer holidays, the above delivery time can be extended to 14-21 working days

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery is charged at £4.95 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £50.00 within a 5 mile radius. For orders under £50.00, we charge £4.50 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Click & Collect

You can skip the delivery charges with free click & collect from The Badgers Den. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our standard in-store pickup hours are between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday & 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturday. However, should you need to arrange a collection outside these hours then just drop us a line so we can arrange a more convenient collection time. (enquiry@badgersofheskin.co.uk / 01257 786887)
